Please Note:  These terms and conditions apply to contests and giveaways orchestrated by LuxuryHotelist.com.  They do not apply to contests or giveaways that we may advertise or are hosted by our Partners.  (These are our rules, not our Partners – they’ve got their own set.)

No purchase necessary.  No purchase is necessary to enter our contests and giveaways.  Fans have the option to enter for a chance to win our multiple contests through a variety of entry methods.  Periodically we will run an array of contests.  In each contest there will always be a way to enter where no purchase is necessary. 

Agreement to LuxuryHotelist.com Terms and Conditions.  When you enter our contests and giveaways you are agreeing to the Terms and Conditions.  We retain the right to use the contest winner’s first name and last initial, prize details and state/country of residence for promotional purposes within our owned media.  If you object or do not agree, do not enter our contest. 

How to Enter.  There are a number of options available to fans that want to enter our contests and giveaways.  Examples of those options and number of entries received for each action are detailed in the table below.  Those who book a hotel stay on our site are automatically entered into the contests and giveaways.  Multiple entries per fan are encouraged.  Fans are not limited to the number of entries they may submit for each contest or giveaway unless stated otherwise on a per-contest basis.

Restrictions on Entries.  Entrants must be age 18 and up to enter LuxuryHotelist.com contests and giveaways.  Contest winners must provide a valid shipping address once selected to receive hotel room certificates.  We do not have any restrictions on location – we welcome entries from all states and countries to participate in LuxuryHotelist.com contests and giveaways.  Neither employees, immediate families nor households (whether related or not) of LuxuryHotelist.com, Booking.com and Priceline are permitted to enter contests or giveaways conducted by LuxuryHotelist.com.

Other Conditions.  LuxuryHotelist.com reserves the right to alter, suspend or terminate the contests and giveaways without notice, if in LuxuryHotelist.com’s absolute discretion, the website or contests/giveaways security becomes compromised in any way or for any other reason. 

Hotel destinations are limited to one choice per contest winner of only contest selected travel destinations.  The contests awards/giveaways are transferable to another person.  The won items are not redeemable for cash. 

LuxuryHotelist.com is not liable for any loss or damage to any person or property in connection with redemption or use of this offer. 

Any information collected by registering to enter the contests and giveaways will be used only in a manner consistent with and required by these Terms and Conditions.  All entries are the property of LuxuryHotelist.com and will not be returned to entrants, shared, rented or sold to third parties. 

Length of Entry.  When contestants enter LuxuryHotelist.com’s contests/giveaways, the length of time that their entry is active will vary for each contest.  The number of days the entry is live will be specified in each of the individual contests/giveaways.
